Oct 1: World Mental Health Day

Today is World Mental Health Day!

I encourage you to post a picture of your #MentalHealthMoment that brings you joy.

For me, Dance & nature are my healing practices.

When I dance I can truly emit and project my emotions. It is a moment where my spirit feels truly free. Immersing myself in nature is another of my favourite ways to re-connect with myself. There is nothing more healing than hearing the loons, paddling & bathing in the fresh, clean, cold water!

Happy Thanksgiving!

I am a registered physiotherapist, holistic pelvic health practitioner and an educator offering consultations in my office located in Surrey, BC in Canada. My approach to healing is to address all the independent parts that can affect pelvic health (emotional, physical or psychological). I work closely with a naturopathic doctor and pregnancy acupuncturists.

I treat urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain syndromes (interstitial cystitis, prostatitis, pelvic girdle pain), sexual pain (vulvodynia, dyspareunia, vaginismus), constipation, fecal incontinence (or bowel incontinence), diastasis recti, over-active bladder, trauma and more.
