Oct 1: World Mental Health Day

Today is World Mental Health Day!

I encourage you to post a picture of your #MentalHealthMoment that brings you joy.

For me, Dance & nature are my healing practices.

When I dance I can truly emit and project my emotions. It is a moment where my spirit feels truly free. Immersing myself in nature is another of my favourite ways to re-connect with myself. There is nothing more healing than hearing the loons, paddling & bathing in the fresh, clean, cold water!

Happy Thanksgiving!
